Mayweather had the chance to watch the Philadelphia Eagles dictate play in the first half and take a 22-12 lead into the halftime locker room. No play stood out more than Trey Burton's touchdown pass to quarterback Nick Foles on a fourth down from the New England Patriots' 1-yard line with less than a minute to play in the second quarter.
If New England completes a second-half comeback for the second straight Super Bowl, few will have a better view of it than Mayweather.
