Super Bowl Odds 2018: Final Prop Bets List, Over/Under Advice and More

David McCrackenFeb 4, 2018

The wait for Super Bowl LII is finally over as the kickoff between the Philadelphia Eagles vs. the New England Patriots is just a couple of hours away.

While it's too late to run to the grocery store to pick up some more snacks before the game starts, it's not too late to place a couple of betswhether they have anything to do with the actual game or not.

The Super Bowl is a perfect time for bettors to wage their hard-earned money on some of the more ludicrous aspects of the big game, such as hair color of the game's national anthem singer.

EDEN PRAIRIE, MN - FEBRUARY 02: Tom Brady #12 of the New England Patriots warms up during the New England Patriots practice on February 2, 2018 at Winter Park in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. The New England Patriots will play the Philadelphia Eagles in Super

The Eagles and Patriots over/under is 48 points, which is quite the high number given that the Eagles defense has been fantastic all season long and has only surrendered a total of 17 points through two playoff games this postseason.

The Patriots defense isn't too bad itself, and the Eagles will miss having Carson Wentz around to lead the offense downfield. In all, 48 points seems a bit too high to put money on.

The average margin of victory in the last seven Super Bowls that Tom Brady and Bill Belichick have been a part of is 3.71 points. In fact, last year's six-point overtime victory in Super Bowl LI over the Atlanta Falcons was their largest margin of victory.

Bet the under on this one and play it safe.

As for prop bets, never play it safe.
