Jeff Green Finishes Dwyane Wade Alley-Oop with Emphatic Dunk vs. Warriors

Cleveland Cavaliers guard Dwyane Wade did his part to give his team momentum heading into halftime of Monday's game against the Golden State Warriors at Quicken Loans Arena. 

With under 10 seconds remaining in the first half, Wade picked Golden State guard Klay Thompson's pocket before speeding down the opposite end of the court. 

2017 NBA Finals MVP Kevin Durant chased after Wade to potentially block his shot, but the three-time NBA champion instead threw a perfect alley-oop to forward Jeff Green, who finished with a monstrous dunk. 

The Cavs led 64-57 at halftime.
