
T.J. Ward Arrested on Marijuana Charge, Released on Bond
Tampa Bay Buccaneers safety T.J. Ward was arrested on Wednesday for possession of marijuana.
Per Greg Auman of the Tampa Bay Times, Ward was charged with a misdemeanor and released from a Tampa jail on bond.
Auman added Ward's arrest took place at 8:11 a.m. and he posted $2,500 bond.

The Buccaneers signed Ward to a one-year deal in September after he was released by the Denver Broncos. He appeared in 12 games and recorded 43 total tackles with three passes defensed and one fumble recovery.
Ward is scheduled to become a free agent in March. The 31-year-old made three straight Pro Bowls from 2013-15 and was on the Broncos' championship team in 2015.
In addition to the Buccaneers and Broncos, Ward started his career with the Cleveland Browns when he was a second-round draft pick by the team in 2010.
