Michigan's Quinn Nordin Makes Obscene Gesture After Hitting FG in Outback Bowl
January 1, 2018Michigan kicker Quinn Nordin ended the first half of Monday's Outback Bowl by converting a 45-yard field goal. He celebrated by directing a lewd gesture toward South Carolina's sideline.
The sophomore led the Wolverines to a 9-3 halftime lead with three field goals, the last of which he followed with an unnecessary Baker Mayfield impersonation. Nordin had made just one of four attempts over the previous six games.
Both teams combined to total 190 yards through two quarters at Raymond James Stadium before Michigan opened the second half with a 72-yard touchdown drive.
