Jets' Bryce Petty Fails to Get Helmet on over Hat vs. Patriots

New York Jets quarterback Bryce Petty had a rough start to his afternoon even before taking the field against the New England Patriots at Gillette Stadium on Sunday.

Television cameras caught the 26-year-old's attempt to place his helmet on over a winter hat. 

It didn't go well, but Petty, who's starting in place of the injured Josh McCown (broken left hand), eventually got it right on the sideline. 

In fairness to the signal-caller, it's frosty in Foxboro.
