49ers Punter Bradley Pinion Surprises Friend with Super Bowl Tickets

Given two tickets to Super Bowl LII as a Walter Payton Man of the Year nominee, Bradley Pinion proved why he warranted the distinction.

In a video posted by the San Francisco 49ers, the punter gifted both seats to his friend, Jason. Flight and hotel arrangements for Jason and his dad were also covered.

"I couldn't think of a better person who symbolizes what the Man of the Year should be than you," Pinion said.

Pinion then promised to visit the family to get a hug from his childhood buddy. He also commented on the 49ers' tweet.

According to the team's site, Pinion has partaken in 30 events for 40 organizations during his three seasons with the 49ers. He has contributed to causes for cancer awareness, wounded veterans, animal adoption and athletes with disabilities.

The winner of the Walter Payton Man of the Year Award will be announced at the NFL Honors ceremony Feb. 3.
