Top Streaming Options for Davante Adams in 2017 Fantasy Playoffs
The Green Bay Packers announced on Sunday that Davante Adams wouldn't return to their road game against the Carolina Panthers, leaving his status for Week 16—generally the championship week in fantasy leagues—up in the air.
That, in turn, means fantasy owners without another solid option at wide receiver on their roster may have to turn to the waiver wire for a streaming option. Which players should you target?
You don't have to look far from the Packers roster to find a potential replacement. Randall Cobb very well could be available in your league after he offered a mixed bag while Aaron Rodgers was out injured. With Rodgers back, however, Cobb may reinsert himself into the passing game in a major way. It's important to note that Cobb found the end zone with Rodgers back in action on Sunday, something he did just once while the superstar quarterback was sidelined.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
If Adams is out of action, Cobb could see an even bigger workload in the passing game.
A matchup against Minnesota's stout defense isn't ideal. Entering Sunday, Minnesota was giving up the 12th-fewest fantasy points to opposing wide receivers per week (19.1), according to Yahoo Sports. Cobb wasn't dynamic with Rodgers in the starting lineup earlier in the season, though he did have three games with seven or more fantasy points in standard-scoring leagues.
At this point in the season, there are no perfect streaming options. Keep Cobb on your radar if he's available in your league.
Kenny Stills is a player with major bang-or-bust potential. Miami's best deep threat has scored four touchdowns of 20 or more yards this year and has two games with 20 or more fantasy points. Against a Kansas City defense allowing the second-most fantasy points per week to opposing wideouts (25.1), Stills has major upside.
Another high-ceiling option is Seattle's Paul Richardson, who faces a Dallas Cowboys defense giving up the fifth-most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers on a weekly basis (23.2). Richardson has become a popular deep target for Russell Wilson and should probably be considered a flex consideration given his increased role in the team's offense.
Finally, if Marquise Goodwin hasn't been claimed in your league, he's a great option. The San Francisco 49ers wideout had five straight games with 6.8 or more fantasy points in standard leagues coming into Sunday and now has Jimmy Garoppolo under center.
He may not have the highest upside, but he's been a consistently reliable option and is worthy of your consideration.
