Blake Bortles on Jaguars' Scrum vs. Seahawks: 'We Just Beat the Crap out of You'
As the Jacksonville Jaguars punctuated a monumental Week 14 victory, the Seattle Seahawks lost their temper.
A routine quarterback kneel turned sour when Michael Bennett and Sheldon Richardson ignited a brawl. Ejected on the following play, Quinton Jefferson attempted to scale the wall to confront fans who threw drinks at him.
Following Jacksonville's 30-24 win, per Ryan O'Halloran of the Florida Times-Union, quarterback Blake Bortles offered an interesting theory to explain Seattle's frustration.

"I think it's a little bit of people aren't used to getting beat like that by the Jaguars," Bortles said. "... We just beat the crap out of you for 60 minutes."
By improving to 9-4, the Jaguars clinched their first winning season since 2007. With a fierce pass rush and secondary guiding the NFL's top-ranked scoring defense, they closely resemble the Seahawks' championship-caliber clubs.
Seattle has certainly angered its fair share of opponents over the years. After spending years in the basement, Jacksonville is following a similar blueprint for success.
