Baker Mayfield Says Georgia Fans Flooded His Phone After Number Leaked
Baker Mayfield said Georgia fans inundated his cellphone with "kind words of encouragement" after someone released the Oklahoma quarterback's number.
Not long after the Sooners punched a ticket to the College Football Playoff, the senior posted on Twitter that he changed his number in light of the leak.

One can only assume most Georgia supporters did not send the Heisman Trophy candidate well wishes. The Bulldogs meet Mayfield's Sooners on New Year's Day for a spot in the CFP National Championship in Atlanta.
Mayfield led Oklahoma to the Big 12 championship by tossing four touchdowns in Saturday's 41-17 conference title game victory over TCU.
Despite directing an obscene gesture at Kansas players two weeks ago, he's favored to take home the Heisman after registering 4,340 passing yards, 310 rushing yards, 46 touchdowns (41 passing, five rushing) and five interceptions for the 12-1 Sooners.
