Ben Simmons' Triple-Double Leads Sixers to Victory over the Pacers
Moe MotonNov 3, 2017
Young Philadelphia 76ers star Ben Simmons recorded the second triple-double of his NBA career against the Indiana Pacers at the Wells Fargo Center on Friday.
He scored 14 points, grabbed 11 rebounds and dished out 11 assists in 39 minutes.
Thus far, Simmons has been worth the yearlong wait after he suffered a fracture in his right foot prior to what would have been his rookie season in 2016-17. He's logged at least a double-double in six out of nine contests.
The 21-year-old did have a minor annoyance during a hot start in the first half when he had to shed his jersey:
Nonetheless, a wardrobe malfunction couldn't stop him in another stellar performance en route to a 121-110 victory.
