Eagles' Zach Ertz Gives Football to Angels' Mike Trout After Touchdown vs. 49ers

Philadelphia Eagles tight end Zach Ertz celebrated a score with a famous fan during Sunday's game versus the San Francisco 49ers at Lincoln Financial Field.

With under two minutes to play in the first half, Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz connected with his tight end for a one-yard touchdown that increased their lead to 9-0.

Ertz commemorated the moment by tossing the ball to Los Angeles Angels center fielder and known Philadelphia sports fan Mike Trout, who enjoyed the action from the front row behind the end zone:

Perhaps Ertz was attempting to recruit Trout to join the Philadelphia Phillies at some point down the road.
