Miami LB Kiko Alonso Carries Falcons WR Taylor Gabriel Downfield

Most NFL defenders try to snag interceptions and run to the end zone for a touchdown.

Miami Dolphins linebacker Kiko Alonso took a different approach against the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday.

While one of his teammates came up with a near-interception, Alonso picked up Atlanta wide receiver Taylor Gabriel and began carrying him down the field. Alonso may have done so in part to avoid slamming Gabriel to the ground and picking up a penalty.

Miami rallied from a 17-0 deficit to record a 20-17 upset over the defending NFC champions.
