Peyton Manning Throws Touchdown to Reggie Wayne During Halftime Ceremony

On Saturday, the Indianapolis Colts honored retired quarterback Peyton Manning by unveiling a statue of him outside Lucas Oil Stadium.

The two-time Super Bowl champion once again found the end zone at his old football home Sunday.

The Colts honored Manning during halftime of Sunday’s game versus the San Francisco 49ers, and the former Indianapolis signal-caller created the top highlight of the afternoon.

Manning, who played 13 seasons in Indy after being drafted in 1998, took a snap from former center Jeff Saturday, and he then connected with retired wide receiver Reggie Wayne for a touchdown that sparked memories of old and delighted fans in attendance.

The Sheriff is still king in Indy.
