Detroit's Jim Caldwell Praises Minnesota's Defense Ahead of Division Showdown

The Detroit Lions and Minnesota Vikings are both 2-1 heading into a Week 4 showdown at U.S. Bank Stadium.

Detroit head coach Jim Caldwell knows his offense will face a formidable foe on the road this Sunday.        

"Our guys have to get ready for perhaps one of the best defenses in the league," Caldwell said of the team's NFC North rival during Wednesday's press conference, per Chris Tomasson of the St. Paul Pioneer Press.

Minnesota's defense intercepted Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Jameis Winston three times during last Sunday's 34-17 home victory.
