Tampa Bay DE Robert Ayers Anxious to Begin 2017 Season

Zac WassinkSep 14, 2017

Hurricane Irma forced the postponement of what was supposed to be the regular-season opener for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last Sunday.

Defensive end Robert Ayers is anxious to get back to doing what he does best.

"Man, I ain't worried about no rust," Ayers told reporters Thursday, per Greg Auman of the Tampa Bay Times. "I'm worried about the first person I get to lay my hands on."
