The Redskins Have Made The Necessary Changes To Win

Fahim CarimOct 16, 2009

In a shocking report crazed angry Redskins fans left a horse's head in team owner Dan Snyder's bed with a note saying only "you know what to do!". Mr. Synder was surprised and pleased, "what loyal fan give me a horse's head, these must be season ticket holders." He thought, "I'll be able to sue them if they try to get out of their contracts," then he went down stairs to make horse head stew.

Vinny Cerrato came by at nine to give Mr. Snyder his foot massage and realized what the message meant. Immediately, he said "Mr Snyder this isn't a gift!" After a 15 minute debate in which he was unable to convince Mr. Snyder of the other meaning of the horses head in the bed room, he resigned as general manager or whatever it is he does "for" the team.

Head coach Zorn also heard about what happened and began scripting plays like he is supposed to in the West Coast Offence instead of watching Mexican wrestling over the weekends. Defensive coordinator Greg Blache decided to end the ridiculous experiment of having a rookie defensive end play linebacker. Jason Campbell said, "Bump it! I'm fired next year anyway I may as well go for broke on every play." Haynesworth said, "I have taken these peoples money let me them make a couple of plays."

The team rallied, Campbell started throwing touchdowns, the defense occasionally stopped someone on third down and they rolled off six straight victories and made the playoffs Zorn was named Coach of the year, the fans rejoiced.

The next season Mr. Snyder failed to resign Campbell the team went 0-16 the next year and fired Zorn while in the midst of another winning season and hired a hot college head. The angry frustrated fans then sent themselves horse heads with notes attached saying you know what to do.

Honestly that's how I feel right now. All the fixing quarterbacks, firing coaches, hiring free agents won't make a difference until the owner realizes, just hire the best football people to do the football stuff, have a steady solid plan, build the team and the wins will come.

Its a darn shame we have Charlie Casserly the best general manager in football sitting there twiddling his thumbs and while they can spend millions getting players they can't spend anything on a guy with a proven track record of building teams from scratch, drafting fine players and getting good players on the cheap.
