Man Who Bet on Conor McGregor Stands on Las Vegas Street in Diaper

A simple rule of betting is not to wager too much on a long shot. It was one thing to take a low-risk, high-reward flier on Conor McGregor pulling off a monumental upset over Floyd Mayweather Jr., but one man paid for his irrational confidence in an embarrassing way.

Mayweather improved to 50-0 by beating McGregor in an impressive boxing debut. Although the MMA star provided a more competitive fight than spectators anticipated, the obvious outcome still prevailed.

Jon Orlando unwisely put his pride on the line in hopes of a McGregor victory. 

When the Irishman lost, Orlando honored his promise to wear only a diaper on the Las Vegas Strip. Baking under the unforgiving sun, he held a sign accurately stating "I was dumb enough to pick Conor McGregor." 

Why wager so much on the result nobody expected? Orlando had to realize he would likely have to don a diaper in public.
