Derek Carr Trolls Internet with Music Career Hoax

Those hoping to see Oakland Raiders quarterback Derek Carr start a music career on the side will have to keep waiting. 

On Tuesday afternoon, Carr tweeted a "debut single" would be dropping at some point in the future. A billboard also hyped what could have been the hottest mixtape of the year: 

However, it appears the 26-year-old was merely having some fun ahead of the regular season: 

If nothing else, Carr needs to rock that jacket after a game in September.
