Tennessee Titans Quarterback Marcus Mariota Meets with Fans Ahead of Return

Tennessee Titans quarterback Marcus Mariota returned to action after suffering a fractured fibula in December for a preseason game versus the New York Jets on Saturday evening. 

The 23-year-old managed to put smiles on faces before taking a single snap. 

Before emerging from the tunnel, Mariota met with several fans ahead of the contest. He offered hugs and handshakes, and he posed for a picture before eventually joining his teammates on the field. 

Being a franchise quarterback is about more than wins and losses.
