The Indianapolis Colts used a preseason practice to create a special moment for 10-year-old Michael Dieter.
According to the Indianapolis Star's Zak Keefer, Dieter underwent the first of eight heart surgeries five days after being born. He had a full heart transplant two years ago.
The Colts invited Dieter to Saturday's public practice. After some convincing from general manager Chris Ballard, he joined the team to score a rushing touchdown.

"I got goosebumps watching him," Dieter's father John told Keefer. "This is a once-in-a-lifetime deal. Chris was incredibly personable with him."
With Frank Gore ahead of him as a blocker, Dieter crossed into the end zone and sparked a team-wide celebration.
