Brandon Flowers Reportedly Visiting Cardinals Amid Patriots Talks
Veteran cornerback Brandon Flowers is still looking for a new home, and interest has apparently picked up in recent days.
According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, the free agent is set to visit the Arizona Cardinals on Wednesday and has also had conversations with the New England Patriots.
The 31-year-old spent the past three seasons with the San Diego Chargers.

Flowers was limited to just six games last season due to concussions, and like so many other players on the team, ended the year on injured reserve. He was released from the team in March.
The veteran was off to a good year prior to the injury, tallying 28 tackles and five passes defended plus one interception returned for a touchdown.
He has consistently been a top contributor in the secondary, earning a Pro Bowl selection in 2013, the last of his six years with the Kansas City Chiefs. The 2008 second-round pick has started 117 of the 119 games he has played in his career.
The problem has been the inability to stay on the field. He missed 17 games in three years with the Chargers and has played a full 16-game season just once in his career.
Still, both the Cardinals and Patriots could use depth in their secondary next season despite having the starting cornerback spots pretty much locked up.
