Floyd Mayweather, Conor McGregor Ticket Codes Reportedly Sold for Up to $200

If you want to see Floyd Mayweather Jr. take on Conor McGregor in person on Aug. 26, you'd better be prepared to fork over a lot of money.

According to Darren Rovell of ESPN, official tickets went on sale Monday for people who have a Ticketmaster code. Those codes alone have sold for up to $200 on eBay, just giving someone the ability to purchase a ticket.

Rovell also noted how much a fan has already paid for a pair of decent tickets:

Before fees, tickets range from $500 just to get into the door to $10,000 for ringside, per Kurt Badenhausen of Forbes. There is also a limit of two per household.

As reported by Rovell on ESPN.co.uk, tickets for the 2015 bout between Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao featured a price range of $1,500 to $10,000, although there were fewer seats at the MGM Grand Garden Arena than the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, where the upcoming bout will take place.

Meanwhile, prices are expected to be much higher on the second-hand market, with ringside tickets potentially reaching six figures. Considering how much some are spending just for codes, it's difficult to project the upcoming costs.

For those not able to get out to Vegas, it will cost $99.95 to see the fight on pay-per-view in high definition, the same price as Mayweather vs. Pacquaio.
