Thomas DuffyJul 21, 2017
On a trip to PNC Park in Pittsburgh on Thursday, a group of veterans were stranded when their bus got stuck under an overpass.
No one was hurt in the accident.
Not wanting them to miss the game, Pittsburgh police officers took action. Per Julie Grant of CBS Pittsburgh, officers pushed the veterans a half-mile to the game.
They made it in time to see the Pirates sweep their Milwaukee Brewers series in a 4-2 win.
