Conor McGregor has been awarded the title of "The Statement Maker" by Sports Illustrated in its Fashionable 50 Awards.
According to SI, the Irishman "dresses as strong as he fights in the Octagon—and he does it with just as much fearlessness and swagger," wearing designer clothing from the likes of Louis Vuitton, David August and Gucci:

SI also published its top 20 most fashionable athletes in the world as part of the awards, and it included Real Madrid's Cristiano Ronaldo in 11th place, tennis legends Serena Williams and Roger Federer at third and fourth, respectively, while the Oklahoma City Thunder's Russell Westbrook took the top spot.
McGregor has taken full advantage of his promotional tour for his upcoming fight with Floyd Mayweather Jr. to show off his eclectic fashion sense.
