Scout lists Ball, a point guard, at 6'3" and as the No. 23 overall player in the class of 2019. He has already committed to follow in the footsteps of his brothers, Lonzo and LiAngelo, at UCLA.
Assuming the California natives don't meet in a high school game next season, they could clash in 2019. Provided O'Neal isn't a one-and-done player, he and Ball are set to be Pac-12 rivals.
Ball may have the scoring advantage with a 92-point game to his credit, but O'Neal boasts Hall of Fame genes.
