Joel Embiid sure knows how to be a spectator.

The 76ers Center took to social media to document his experience watching the MLB Home Run Derby, just ahead of the All-Star Game.

Embiid hit the stands for the annual contest, and while he didn't quite have a strong grasp on the players, he managed to score a ball (or two) from his seat.
