Jonathan Isaac Suffers Hip Injury in 2017 Orlando Summer League

Orlando Magic rookie Jonathan Isaac is currently dealing with a hip injury that kept him off the floor in the second half of his team's Orlando Summer League game Monday. 

According to Josh Robbins of the Orlando Sentinel, Isaac has a sore hip, which the team is not considering to be a serious injury.

Isaac was the No. 6 overall pick of the 2017 NBA draft.

The former Florida State star had nine points, three rebounds and two blocks in just 12 minutes against the Dallas Mavericks before exiting the game.

While he is just starting his NBA career, Isaac has shown promising potential during the Orlando Summer League. He had seven points with eight rebounds in his debut against the Indiana Pacers before exploding for 15 points and 13 rebounds Sunday against the Miami Heat.

The 6'10" forward has the potential to dominate on both ends of the court, so the Magic can only hope he stays healthy to help a team that went just 29-53 last season.
