Virginia CB Chuck Davis Wins $100,000 Lottery Jackpot

Virginia cornerback Chuck Davis was unable to hit the field with the Cavaliers last season after transferring over from Nebraska, but he did hit a stroke of luck earlier this week.

According to ESPN, Davis bought a lottery ticket while picking up morning coffee for his mother on the way home from a workout. Using a series of numbers his grandmother had suggested to him, Davis took home the Virginia Lottery's Cash 5 $100,000 jackpot.
