Rockets' Clint Capela Campaigns for 'More Lobs' Following Chris Paul Trade

Lob City relocated to Houston on Wednesday, when the Rockets acquired Chris Paul from the Los Angeles Clippers. Rockets center Clint Capela is ready to benefit from the point guard's crisp passing.

The 23-year-old big man anticipated his role as Paul's alley-oop partner with a tweet of himself imposed into an iconic Wilt Chamberlain photo. Instead of holding up "100," his sign said "More Lobs."

Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert expressed confidence in his peer's wish being granted.

In a Rockets offense that eschews mid-range buckets for threes and close, high-percentage twos, Capela lives in the paint. According to Basketball-Reference.com, he attempted 78.7 percent of his shots from zero-to-three feet and scored 326 of his 818 points on dunks.

After averaging 12.6 points per game last season, the starting center could enjoy a bigger scoring bump with Paul and James Harden feeding him good looks down low.
