The lawyer for Detroit Lions safety Tavon Wilson has denied allegations levied by Alanda Jackson, the mother of his child, that he punched her in the face during a nightclub altercation in May 2016.
According to TMZ Sports, Jackson alleged that Wilson threw her to the ground and punched her in the face, breaking her nose, after she was involved in an argument with Wilson's current girlfriend, Simone Leach.
However, Wilson's lawyer, Mark Schamel, refuted those claims Friday.

"There's video of the incident that shows Ms. Leach is attacked. Mr. Wilson is a witness, Ms. Leach is the victim and Ms. Jackson is the defendant," he said, per TMZ. "She's been charged criminally. Her civil claim is meritless and I think she will be convicted for this shortly."
Jackson also alleged that a member of Wilson's entourage stabbed one of her friends during the altercation.
According to TMZ, Jackson filed a lawsuit seeking $2.5 million from Wilson.
