North Carolina Football Coach Larry Fedora Tries to Be Hip in Recruiting Video

North Carolina Tar Heels head football coach Larry Fedora understands the importance of relating to his players. Even if he doesn't quite understand what "kids these days" enjoy, he attempted to share their interests in an amusing recruiting video.

In a "This is SportsCenter" spoof, Fedora quoted Drake, played with a fidget spinner and discussed that "lit" new Migos song. 

He concluded the self-deprecating bit by donning a Kevin Durant Golden State Warriors jersey to illustrate his quest for glory.

"At the end of the day, I'm just trying to build a superteam and win championships," he said before sinking a paper ball into a waste bucket. 

While teenagers don't expect adults to share the same interests, they may appreciate Fedora mocking himself instead of scoffing at the younger generation's trends.
