Ivan Perisic Signing Wanted by Jose Mourinho Before Man United Pre-Season Tour
Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho is reportedly pushing to sign Inter Milan winger Ivan Perisic in the next fortnight as he wants to bring the potential £44 million man with the squad on their pre-season tour of the United States.
The Red Devils leave for America in July, and the Daily Mail's Mike Keegan noted Mourinho is seeking a swift deal, with a source close to the transfer quoted as saying: "There's a keenness to get it done. We're looking at it going through within weeks."
A quick deal may be required by Inter in any case after it was reported by Italian broadcaster Sport Mediaset (h/t Daily Express) that the Nerazzurri need to raise funds by June 30 to meet financial fair play regulations.

Earlier in June, the Guardian's Fabrizio Romano reported how much Inter were seeking in order to sell their winger:
ESPN FC's Mark Ogden backed up that report and noted United have been told they'll need to fork out €55 million (£48 million) for the Croatia international, and the Serie A giants aren't inclined to accept any of that fee in add-ons.
Mourinho sought four major signings in key positions last summer and got all of them, and GianlucaDiMarzio.com reporter David Amoyal recently suggested Perisic will perhaps represent one of those picks this summer:
At 28 years of age, the winger is in the prime of his career and enjoying his best football, precisely the kind of target Mourinho has developed a reputation for signing, rather than nurturing players from youth.
Perisic is coming off the back of his second season at the San Siro Stadium, which easily trumped the first in terms of his individual production rate and the form he enjoyed, per Squawka:
Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport (h/t Inter News, via Calciomercato.com) reported Paris Saint-Germain are also interested in Perisic and want to include him in a swap deal with their star wide man, Lucas Moura.
However, the French titans are even less likely to offer Inter the cash deal they're seeking if a swap is what they have in mind, which means the Red Devils could be in the driving seat to land one of Serie A's hotshots.
