Rick Barnes Attended T.J. Ford's Graduation from Texas 14 Years After 2003 Draft

T.J. Ford jumped straight from his sophomore year with the Texas Longhorns to the 2003 NBA draft, going on to a successful nine-year career in the league. 

Now, 14 years later, Ford has earned his bachelor's degree from Texas and had a familiar face in the crowd to cheer him on. 

Rick Barnes was the Longhorns' head coach from 1998 to 2015, and he coached Ford for the two years he played on the team. 

When Ford received his bachelor's degree in youth and community studies Friday, Barnes was on the scene to congratulate him.
