Georges St-Pierre, decked out in a Captain America shirt, posted a video message to UFC middleweight champion Michael Bisping on Friday afternoon telling the champ to "pick the date" for their upcoming title tilt.
Unfortunately for fans, GSP prefaced the statement by saying he can fight Bisping anytime after October.
This should not come as a big surprise. Following GSP appearing at a New York Rangers game, MMA Fighting's Ariel Helwani tweeted on Tuesday that a November return seemingly fit the former welterweight champion's timeline to return.
If that timeline holds true, it would appear GSP vs. Bisping is destined for a November meeting at Madison Square Garden. Although nothing is official, and neither Bisping nor the UFC has commented on GSP's video.
The only thing that is clear is that GSP's return has put the middleweight division on hold and created a logjam of credible contenders who have been putting in work during his absence from the sport.
