So we’re just having a conversation about Marshawn Lynch, and he says Marshawn Lynch wakes up every morning at 6:24 a.m.—6:24 a.m.—and does a couple hundred pushups, a couple hundred situps and then gets back in the bed. Every single morning. So, for people who think he’s not in shape, this man has been doing it since he retired."
