Lakers Fans Recruit Pacers' Paul George at Disneyland

Los Angeles Lakers fans hoped to woo Paul George by pestering him at Disneyland.

With his Indiana Pacers eliminated from the NBA playoffs, the All-Star visited the California theme park. Opportunistic Lakers supporters used it as a recruiting opportunity.

George, who turned 27 on Tuesday, can opt out of his contract after the 2017-18 season. According to USA Today's Sam Amick, he is "still hell-bent" on joining the Lakers after Larry Bird stepped down as Indiana's team president.

Bird's old on-court rival and new Lakers president Magic Johnson will prove more instrumental than Disneyland visitors in bringing George to the Lakers. If George's departure from Indiana seems inevitable, the Lakers may need to execute a trade before next summer.
