Bulls' Robin Lopez Brings His Dog to Exit Interview

Robin Lopez has made many foes—twin brother Brook, Serge Ibaka and mascots—during his NBA career. But when conducting exit interviews following the Chicago Bulls' postseason elimination, he sought support from a fluffy ally.

Lopez's dog, Muppet, tagged along as the center fielded questions about the 2016-17 campaign. He carried Muppet—a docile golden doodle who looks more like a Build-A-Bear creation and wore a Bulls shirt—like a toddler.

The center abandoned his core principles by posing for a friendly photo with Benny the Bull: 

Perhaps he's using Muppet as a cute distraction from this embarrassing miss against the Boston Celtics.
