John Wall Wears Cape-Like Shirt Before and After Wizards' Game 5 Win vs. Hawks
John Wall flew around the court Wednesday night, leading the Washington Wizards to a pivotal Game 5 victory over the Atlanta Hawks, 103-99, with 20 points and 14 assists. Before and after the triumph, he tried to channel his superhuman abilities by wearing a shirt resembling a cape.
When disguised as his alter ego, the All-Star point guard, Wall dropped the hammer with a vicious slam to give Washington a 3-2 lead.
After the Houston Rockets eliminated the Oklahoma City Thunder, perhaps Wall felt compelled to carry out Russell Westbrook's bold fashion choices. The point guard strutted into Philips Arena in Atlanta with the shirt, which he also wore when taking the podium after the game:
He sadly did not end his press conference by proclaiming "six seasons and a movie."
