Detroit Lions wide receiver Golden Tate, officially listed at 197 pounds on NFL.com, said he has shed some fat by replacing Chipotle with home-cooked meals. Well, yeah. That will do it.

Tate, 28, married Elise Pollard during the offseason. He shared a photo from their wedding in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, last month:
