Sunrisers Hyderabad will look to continue their revival in the Indian Premier League on Wednesday when they take on a faltering Delhi Daredevils side.

Kings XI Punjab will bid to end a run of three defeats in a row on Thursday, but they'll be hard pushed to do so against the Mumbai Indians, who have won their last four matches.

On Friday, the Kolkata Knight Riders will take on the Gujarat Lions before Saturday's double-header sees the Sunrisers in action once again when they face Rising Pune Supergiant, while Mumbai and Delhi face off in the second match.

After losing their last two matches, Hyderabad edged out Punjab by five runs in a tight contest to get their campaign back on track.

At the crease, they had David Warner to thank for his excellent unbeaten 70 as the Australian provided a steady presence throughout the innings, while Naman Ojha helped with a 20-ball 34.

It was with ball in hand where the Sunrisers truly shined, though, with Bhuvneshwar Kumar providing some real bowling excellence, per the team's official Twitter feed:

Kumar got Hashim Amla and Glenn Maxwell out early before returning at the death to take out Mohit Sharma, KC Cariappa and most importantly Manan Vohra, who was on 95, to bowl out Punjab with two balls remaining.

A similar performance would go a long way against the Daredevils, who lost to the Kolkata Knight Riders in their last match but showed their depth at the crease.

Their first five batsmen each scored over 20 runs, with two approaching 40 in Sanju Samson (39) and Rishabh Pant (38).

Cricket commentator Ayaz Memon has enjoyed watching them so far this season:

With Delhi capable of threatening them throughout their batting order, another strong show of bowling will be needed if Hyderabad are to pick up a win here.

Thursday will see Mumbai in action once again, and they'll look to regain top spot from Kolkata when they face Kings XI Punjab.

The Indians have responded perfectly to defeat in their opening match with four wins in a row, their most recent coming against the Gujarat Lions on Sunday.

Cricket analyst Freddie Wilde believes they're shaping up to be real contenders this year:

They too showed depth with Jos Buttler (26), Nitish Rana (53), Rohit Sharma (40) and Kieron Pollard (39) all contributing.

However, that has been a significant problem for Punjab.

Vohra produced a stunning innings last time out as he came close to a century, per commentator Harsha Bhogle:

However, their next highest total came from Eoin Morgan, who managed just 13 runs.

Another explosive outing from Vohra could keep KXIP in contention as it did against Hyderabad, but just as in that match, if his team-mates don't also up their game it won't be enough.
