David Villa Makes Ridiculous Goal vs. Philadelphia

New York City FC striker David Villa scored what may be the goal of the year during Friday's game against the Philadelphia Union at Talen Energy Stadium.

Launching the ball from near midfield, he scored in a way that put Union goalkeeper Andre Blake to shame, floating the ball over his head and into the net and sending the stands into a frenzy.

New York City FC won the contest 2-0.
