
Redskins LB Trent Murphy Suspended 4 Games for Violating NFL PED Policy
The NFL has suspended Washington linebacker Trent Murphy for the first four games of the 2017 season because of a violation of its performance-enhancing drug policy.
A spokesperson for the league announced Murphy's suspension Friday, per Washington's official Twitter account.
Washington selected Murphy in the second round of the 2014 draft. He has moved between outside linebacker and defensive end in three seasons with the team.
