Von Miller Sex Tape Release Blocked by Judge, Orders Copy Destroyed

Denver Broncos linebacker Von Miller has won a court case ruling that a sex tape featuring the Super Bowl 50 MVP will be blocked from release. ย 

Per TMZ Sports, a Los Angeles judge ruledย Elizabeth Ruiz is forbidden from releasing the tape and has ordered it to be destroyed by issuing a permanent injunction.ย 

Ruiz has saidย she wasn't trying to extort money from Miller.

In November, Millerย filed a lawsuitย in Los Angeles County Superior Court attempting to block Ruiz from releasing the tape and said she was demanding $2.5 million from him. ย
