Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Adam Hoge of WGN noted in March there was a league-wide belief Cutler wouldn't play in 2017, although he added that could change after the NFL draft.
Cutler was limited to just five games last season because of injuries, and he struggled mightily when on the field. He finished with four touchdowns and five interceptions, leading to a 1-4 record and a 78.1 quarterback rating. On the other hand, he is just one year removed from a career-high 92.3 quarterback rating in 2015 when he threw for 3,659 yards.
He now has a choice to make. He can remain on the lookout for any openings or follow fellow quarterback Tony Romo into retirement.
