Arsenal Transfer News: Lucas Perez Reportedly Wanted by PSG, Latest Rumours
Paris Saint-Germain will reportedly try to sign Lucas Perez from Arsenal this summer, with manager Unai Emery a "long-time admirer" of the Spaniard.
Goal's Chris Wheatley and Loic Tanzi reported as much, with Perez potentially open to leaving as he targets a place in Spain's squad for the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
Perez has been restricted to just nine starts for the Gunners since his arrival last summer and has reportedly "grown frustrated" with the situation.

Despite his limited game time, he has managed to impress with seven goals and five assists.
To an extent, it's understandable why the 28-year-old has not had many opportunities, as Alexis Sanchez has made the centre-forward spot his own and Olivier Giroud has largely done well as the first-choice backup to the Chilean or alongside him.

However, the Spaniard is clearly underutilised and could be useful for the Gunners if given the chance to shine. Letting him go this summer would undoubtedly be a mistake, but Arsenal will need to offer him assurances of more minutes to convince him to stay.
Meanwhile, according to the MailOnline's Simon Jones, Arsenal have opened negotiations with Schalke left-back Sead Kolasinac over a free transfer this summer when his contract runs out.
The 23-year-old has stood out as one of the best in his position in the Bundesliga this term, and he's versatile operator capable of playing further forward on the left flank or in the centre of defence.
Kolasinac is an attack-minded player, and as OptaFranz demonstrated, he has been incisive going forward this year:
The powerful Bosnian doesn't shirk defensive duties either. According to Squawka, he has won 42 tackles and 39 headed duels this season, as well as making 42 clearances and, most impressively of all, 66 interceptions.
Fox Sports' Keith Costigan noted the way he dominated Borussia Dortmund forward Christian Pulisic earlier in the campaign:
Nacho Monreal has been a fairly solid player for Arsenal in recent years, but he's 31.
Kolasinac would arguably be an upgrade. He would make for a shrewd signing this summer and could be a tremendous bargain on a free transfer.
