Manu Ginobili's Handles Disorient Tim Quarterman and Noah Vonleh

Manu Ginobili sent the Trail Blazers bumbling on the court on Monday night.

The Spurs shooting guard showed no mercy on Portland's defense in the first quarter, keeping the Blazers guessing with his quick moves.

First, Ginobili shook point guard Tim Quarterman off his feet with a fake to the left. 

Before Quarterman could get up Ginobili bounce-passed the ball past Noah Vonleh's legs over to Pau Gasol, who dished to David Lee for a successful layup.
