Xavier Musketeers star Trevon Bluiett was arrested Monday on a misdemeanor possession count.
According to Holly V. Hays of the Indianapolis Star, Hamilton County Jail records indicated Bluiett was arrested in Carmel, Indiana, on one misdemeanor count of possession of marijuana, hash oil or hashish.
Bluiett was Xavier's go-to offensive option this season as a junior while posting 18.5 points and 5.7 rebounds a night.
He averaged double-digit scoring averages each of the last three years and helped lead the Musketeers to the Elite Eight this season. He scored more than 20 points in all three of the team's NCAA tournament wins.
Bluiett declared for the NBA draft this offseason but didn't hire an agent, which means he could return to the Musketeers for his senior season. He did the same prior to his junior year.
