Dwyane Wade to Return from Elbow Injury vs. Nets After Missing Last 11 Games
The Chicago Bulls will receive a boost in their quest for one of the last playoff spots in the Eastern Conference when Dwyane Wade returns to the lineup for Saturday's game against the Brooklyn Nets at the Barclays Center.
Via the team's official Twitter account, head coach Fred Hoiberg announced Wade will be starting.
The Bulls star has missed the last 11 games after suffering a fractured right elbow during a game against the Memphis Grizzlies on March 15.
He was expected to miss the remainder of the season, as Chicago was on the outside of the playoff picture at the time and had just four weeks to turn things around.
The Bulls have won seven of their last 11 contests and have climbed within one game of .500 at 39-40, tied with the Indiana Pacers for the last two playoff spots in the East with three games remaining in the 2016-17 campaign.
