Brianna Lyston finished the Boys and Girls Championship final in Kingston, Jamaica, well ahead of all competitors at 23.72 seconds.
Per CBS News' Christina Capatides, she set a Class 4 under-13 record and fell 2.38 seconds short of Florence Griffith Joyner's top female mark at the 1988 Summer Olympics.
